Refund Policy

TovaPOP provides personalized digital gift reveal experiences. Because each reveal is customized for a specific recipient, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the reveal has been created or sent.

If a technical problem caused by TovaPOP prevents the purchased reveal from working properly, please contact us. We will review the issue and may provide a replacement reveal or refund when appropriate.

Refunds will not normally be provided for:

• Changing your mind after the reveal has been created or sent
• Entering incorrect recipient information
• A recipient choosing not to open or complete the experience
• Issues involving Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, banks, or other third-party payment services

TovaPOP does not send, receive, hold, or transfer the cash gift itself. Cash gifts are sent separately by the sender using their preferred payment service.
